Summary
I began with horses at age eight, at Meadowbrook Stables in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Competed in the hunters and equitation, locally and at USEF rated events through high school and college.
I rode and competed for the Barrie School (IEA) for several years before riding for a private owner, Marjorie Wolson. We built a farm and program together, training with Michael Bertozzi (Cavallo Farm, Leesburg, VA) and Sonya Crampton (North Slope Stables, Ocala).
We trained two jumpers to success up to the 1.1 meter at local and A shows. Enjoyed hunter shows, hunter pacing, foxhunting, eventing, trail riding, and skijoring just for fun.
I also work as a marketing, business development, and graphic design consultant.
Started the Millwood Farms retirement program along with advanced event riders Allison Springer and Linden Weisman McLean, overseeing daily care of retired sport horses including specialized diets, medications, injury monitoring, veterinary and farrier coordination, and owner relations, while also maintaining the program website and client-facing materials. Built out a program that went from three horses to 16.
Pony rider at Farnley Farm, responsible for riding, starting, and showing ponies within an active professional breeding, training and sales program.
Supported evaluation, riding, and placement of OTTBs transitioning to second careers while managing daily care, medications, and adopter and sale interactions; contributed sales positioning informed by professional marketing experience.

Worked in conjunction with the program of FEI dressage rider Natalie Pai and her team supporting professional sport-horse and boarding barn operations, including grooming, schooling and exercising horses, riding out with clients, administering medications, night check and foal watch coverage, and coordinating veterinary and farrier care.
The position required discretion, strong horsemanship judgment, and the ability to manage both high-value horses and a demanding client environment with confidence and reliability.
